Ready for Everything -MP3
The MP3 was made in 2005 from a rough cassette recording. Since the vocals on the original tape were indistinguishable from the background noise (in typical Layabout fashion), I decided to 'cheat' and place three vocal tracks into the sampler. Alan lead, Stephen, back-up- Enjoy.

We've had it with micro-brews
We've had it with TV News
We've had it with Starbucks on every corner
Don't sell us no brand name clothes
No dot Coms or IPO's
We've had it with all of the crap they feed us

We're ready for anything
We're ready for anything
We're ready for anything at all

We've had it with corporate greed
how much do those bastards need?
We've had it with corporations entirely
We're not asking for higher pay
We just want them to go away
We just wanna see how the World works without them

We're ready for anything
We're ready for anything
We're ready for anything at all
We're ready for anything
We're ready for anything
We're ready for anything to fall

We don't want no Web TV's
Don't sell us no SUV's
We don't wanna buy our way to oblivion
Don't give us no techno-fix
We're fed up with all those tricks
We don't want no technologic utopias

We're ready for anything...

We've had it with Bush's war
We don't want to play no more
We've had it with politicians entirely
We've had it with trying to fit
We've had it with all that shit
We've had it with going along to get along

We're ready for anything...

We're ready for everything
We're ready for everything
We're ready for everything, that's all
